You’d be hard-pressed to find geeks that don’t love Dropbox. And maybe one of my favorite things about them is that for every single recruitment drive they start, they offer something of immediate value to their users that help out. Usually, free space. And they’re doing it again.

The short version of the “Space Race” is that each participating University is a “team”, and for everyone from each university that recruits new users, the whole University team will benefit with free space.

Clicking the source link will add to the University of West Florida’s team, it will add to my free space, and it will get you going in adding free space for your university and your team.

Yes. I really am using my blog to shamelessly ratchet up my Dropbox storage limit. But, Dropbox also happens to be a company that I am extremely fond of and that I fully support. So take it as a shameless plug.
