Internship with monthly stipend now available on our DARPA Robotics Challenge Team

I just received an email stating that we have opened up an intern position alongside our fulltime positions for our DARPA Robotics Challenge team. The position is full time, and includes a monthly stipend, because starving dead workers aren’t good workers. This is the content of the email, and is the extent of the information that I have about the position:

Intern on IHMC DARPA-Robotics-Challenge Team

We are seeking motivated talented students who wish to take the Spring and Summer 2013 semesters off from their studies to be part of the IHMC DARPA Robotics Challenge Team. The successful Intern will be a key member of the team and contribute to critical path humanoid mobility and manipulation software development along with the other team members. Our software is developed in Java and we utilize many of the practices advocated by the Extreme Programming community.

Starting Date: As soon as possible.
Location: Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC), Pensacola, FL
